I am a registered yoga teacher and dietitian, who helps people reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement and whole food, plant-based nutrition. Driven by the desire to create unforgettable experiences, I hold yoga classes, wellness workshops, and host retreats that invite people to slow down and tune in, building a more compassionate relationship with themselves—on and off the mat.
I am passionate about helping people feel nourished and supported in their everyday lives. I believe wellness is about so much more than food — it’s about creating sustainable habits through balanced nutrition, mindset shifts, movement, and self-compassion.
My approach is rooted in meeting you where you are, without judgment, and helping you build a healthier relationship with food and your body in a way that feels realistic and lasting. I’m here to offer support, accountability, and encouragement every step of the way.
